Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — PRAN number shows invalid on NSDL portal

It has been a month that I got my PRAN registered with CAMS CRA, till date I am not able to login to NSDL with the PRAN to take any action, major concern is to register for D-Merit. Please help!

Not sure if this is the right forum to share the PRAN number. If needed, please get in touch on my registered email.
