Brief : I Want the refund of my Pan Application Fees which I filled in 2017 and which wasn't processed due to invalid/ incomplete documents as per Nsdl Website.

I filled an application form when I was 17.5 years and After Several Tweets by me NSDLeGovernance Tells me that the fees one pays to get pan card, even if the application form is not processed / failed, the hard earned money of one's is not refunded. Seriously ? NSDL/IncomeTaxIndia A government Organization.

I attached all the proofs I had on my email of that time like, receipt.

Then I recieved mail from them mentioning to send me my documents to complete the pan card procedure, but I re applied for pan card in 2019-20 when I was 18, I got my pan card no. I told them this thing what I wanted was my refund of ₹107 INR,

then I received a mail mentioned pan application cannot be cancelled, I knew it.
