I am fed up with nsdl system. whenver i call at their telephone number no is attending. two times call was attended, the executive even did no give name nor provided direct extension number Myu compolaint is for:: 1. why my account is frozen, despite of fact all documents submitted and contribution made more than specified. no[protected]. 2 why there is officer to attend the greivance? 3. in the toll free number system ask for user id why it is not provided.? 4. when user try to lodge the complaint on line why stem does not allow? 5. if a person is unable to attend the call why he should invest. 6. why government is asking people by giving advettisement to open enps account when there is no one to provide the service.. Hi sir how to get ipin sir for activation of nps app sir already i downloded nps app but i didnt get i pin so kindly send me website address for getting of i pin lott of time i tried but details mismatch showing already i upload exactly details in Pran card but it shows details mismatch

I have same complaint for my PRAN card[protected] which is mentioned by Vijay kumar gupta in above post. So please look into my complaint. I have sent documents to NSDL Lower Parel office. So please activate my PRAN account. Please call me on [protected] in case of any query. I have sent mail to info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in also regarding this but did not received any reply.

Dear NSDL Team,
I applied online for NPS account. I received confirmation mail for setting IPIN and TPIN. But when I tried to generate I PIN error message displayed as 'Subscriber account is Frozen'.
Kindly do the needful.
