Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Status of PAN card correction says in valid documents but no clue as which document is invalid and no option to either upload it

Hi, when tried to track status of the PAN it shows "we have received the documents with reference to you PAN application. However, the documents are not valid. Please click here for details". But there is no data about which document was considered invalid and why? Also no option to upload the document again. Need the updated PAN urgently as it needs to be linked to Aadhaar . Kindly help us as soon as possible
