Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Unable to Generate password for newly created NPS account

Website:cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ResetIPINURNGen.do?ID=null&getName=Change%20Password

I created NPS account recently and registration was complete and PRAN number is also allocated to me.

PRAN[********1459]

But I am unable to reset password in order to login to my NPS account.

I am getting below error while trying to Generate password :-
Unauthorized user.
