[Resolved] Nsdl Pan — Delivery of PAN card to wrong address

PAN card was dispatched on 05-Mar-2021 by Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd vide airway bill no.[protected]. However, I haven't received any delivery/notification of the delivery. When I checked through the trackon portal, using the bill number provided, it came into notice that the card has been delivered and signed to an address, to an unknown person, whose phone number does not work. It also shows that my address is a non deliverable area for the company.The card should have been returned to the dispatcher. It is irresponsible on part of company to deliver at a wrong address.The card is still not received.Please arrange the delivery of the card and take appropriate action against the person responsible to make delivery at the wrong address.
The customer care number of Trackon courier also does not work.

got a call from the courier service, received, but had to go there instead to collect my pan card
