NSDL - PAN Unit — Non processing of pan | |||
I have applied for correction of PAN vide ack no [protected] on 24.09.2015. There after I have made various follow up on call center[protected] and provided various documents through mail and received by them. Last document being mailed on 20.11.2015. However, thereafter every time I call, they informs that within 2-3 days, New PAN Card will be issued. From last 15 days, I am getting the same reply and they are not issuing revised PAN Card. Its almost two and a half month from the date of application. Due to unavailability of rectified PAN card, I am unable to proceed further for my business, as in each department for business, PAN is compulsory. I have occurred loss of profit for that much time period due to non issuance of PAN card. Request to do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have first time applied for myself pan card ref.no [protected] but it has been invalid due to incomplete of ressidential address.I again submitted online application (Ack.No. [protected]) for pan card which pan no. for this has been alloted.So, kindly refund the pan card processing fees which chargeble from me against the Ack.No.[protected].
This has reference to the query/complaint raised by you.
The concern shared will be analysed and the status of the same will be sent to the email ID as furnished in PAN application Form.
