NSDL — Regarding my pan application number-[protected]

With reference to my acknowledgement number- [protected] . my pan apply fee debited twice from my bank account .first time payment was unsuccessful but amount was debited from my bank account .After that i do another payment without seen in my bank account. So i request you to kindly reimburse the amount asap. I already mail 10 times on [protected]@nsdl.co.in but no reply come from nsdl side.Kindly look into the matter and reimburse the amount asap.Is this type of service you given to your customer.my mobile number is-[protected].Kindly instruct this shameless company to reimburse the amount asap.
