I was denied to appear for NCFM exam in NSE-iT lucknow, when i reached 10 minutes late.
My test slot was for 2 hours from 3:30-5:30.
The attendant sitting in the office also falsely recorded my entry in the office register mentioning that I was an hour late and hence was disallowed, when i protested for the purported wrongful entry, she asked me to call the NSE call centre number from my own mobile for clarification, even though the office of NSE-iT have working telephone line.
My repeated call to NSE NCFM call centre was unanswered, as no one picked up from the other side.
I must also mention that there was only 1 other candidate appearing for the exam at that time, and had the attendant wanted, she could have easily allowed me, but she choose to harass me.
I have the right to appear for the exam, if i come within my slotted booked timing, but I was denied to do so.
When I asked her to re-schedule my examination to some other day, so that i could come again and appear, she said it is not possible.
When i said that i must get a refund, because she is not allowing me to appear for the exam, she started shouting.
When i asked that she should give me in written that I will not be allowed to appear for the exam, she insulted me and forced me to leave the examination hall.
I would also like to mention that I have appeared for NCFM examinations in the past also, and in nearly all of the instances I was asked to wait for 20-30 mins after my scheduled exam commencement time, because NSE-iT computer system are slow and they hang a lot.
The double standard of NSE-iT is that if the problem is from their end, I am "ordered" to wait until the computer resumes working even if I come within the stipulated slotted time of the exam, whereas if I come only 10 minutes late I am insulted and asked to leave the examination centre.
Please take proper action against NSE call centre, NSE-iT so that such instances are not repeated again.
