[Resolved]  Nvp Technology — Fraud Company and Threatening with false accusations

I was searching for work from home jobs and one day a girl called me saying she is from NVP Technology and she got my details from a online job portal. she describe me that they provide form filling jobs free of cost and pay 20 rs per form. I asked her that in any case do i have to pay anything to their company, she told me that the work is free of cost but to make our employees work sincerely we take a verification call with them where you just have to say yes to everything they say. After that she told me to download an app and write my name on it and afterwards they used that name as my signature on an agreement which I did not have any idea about. They wrote that if I did not complete the work on time, I will be liable to pay 5500 rs. to them. My completion date was 28th september 2020 and I called them on 23rd Sept. 2020 to say that my work is almost done so can I submit it before the deadline, she said she will connect me with the senior and after that all the helpline numbers and the number on which she was interacting, went unavailable and she blocked me from whatsapp as well. Till today, i.e., 3rd oct.2020, none of them called or contacted me regarding anything and I went through all the complaints and reviews about them on the customer complaint forum and everyone has had the same issue with them. Now today a person named ganesh called me and said he is the advocate associate of NVP technology and he mailed me a legal notice that I am liable to pay them some amount because I did not complete the work on time. Now he is threatening me that he has filed a case against me under some 73 section of breaching. Kindly look into this matter, they are complete fraudsters and ruining this hard time for people like us who are already suffering due to unemployment and poor financial conditions. Thank You
