Sir I have registered in quikr job site for online job and on September 12 2020 got a call from them, they told me that they ar
e from data entry job they will provide 1000 forms and I have to complete in 10 days after completing the job they will provide Rs 20, 000, no registration fees needed, they will cut the registration fee of Rs 5500 from the salary itself after that their executive called me to write the name in their link and also told me to provide the both sides of adhar card, they don't provide any other information and after giving the adhar card and my name in their link they provided me the password and username which is invalid, from that time onwards Iam saying that Iam not able to work as it is invalid they are saying they are checking, after 44 hours it will get corrected, and Iam also clarifying with them when they provide me the username I asked to their executive from that day it will be counted as 10 days and they are saying yes, till 18 September they are just ignoring me and that day itself I have send mail to their helpline mail id that days are going till now the username is not provided, that evening they provided me but the submission date is 22 September and when I mailed them regarding this they are saying that extension will not be given actually mistake is from there side. On 22 September a lady called me saying that she is a advocate (number [protected]) and I have not completed the work, I have to pay the penalty of Rs 5500 and she is just tortuing us if I will not pay this amount they will take legal action and she is not giving enough time to send the money. I got afraid and send the money after that she is saying this is a agreement which is for 11 months so I have to pay 27500 she tortued me so much and I also paid that amount after that she said that Iam half an hour late so penalty need to be pay, a sum of Rs 12500 that also I have paid she already send a legal agreement regarding this through mail and she is just sending me a para that I have no objection regarding this and saying to copy this and send me back, because of so much pressure I have done whatever she said and after one day another lady called me (number [protected]) told me that I need to present at Gujarat high court before 4 pm to close the agreement I have to sign in 8 papers otherwise I have to pay Rs 44500 and she tortured me that she will send the legal notice to my near by police station and hold my property etc, I got afraid and called my friend he told me that this is a fraud company don't take their calls today she send me the NOC certificate as she realized that I understand their motive. I have paid all the amount as they tortured me by sending legal agreement to pay the amount otherwise I will never do this.
Sir my family has no information about this. My friend paid the amount as I have no source of income.
