I had applied for a refund of Rs 4536 on 16th of December for a product which wasn’t shipped for more than 20 days. It was written that the refund was initiated and I’ll receive it within 3-4 business days . Well it has been 10 days now and yet no sign of refund. I contacted their support system a couple of times and got the same ans saying I’ll get in few days.
