I had ordered a Giordano watch. Nykaa fashion delivered a different model watch from the same brand. I placed the return request the same day with the picture of the wrong product.
After 4 days I got the response that your return request is rejected as you have not sent the picture in the email. I didn't even got a notification to send pictures via email.
I then sent the high resolution images of the product front, back, tag along with screen shot of original product i had ordered.
I keep getting response after every few days to send the picture of the product!!!
I have started to think that it's some kind of autoresponder they have set with no intention to collect the wrong and provide me return!!!
Worst online shopping experience ever!!
