OBC Bank — Amount has been deducted but payment not received by airtel dish tv

Sir, I, Vineet Kumar Chauhan, faced a lot of problems during transactions using OBC NETBANKING.
I made four transactions on different dates in every transaction amount had been deducted from my OBC ACCOUNT but could not get recharged.


I am sending the transaction detail in the attachment, Kindly find the attachment.
