today the obotap channel sales manager KARTHICK ([protected]) called me, and questioned me
why did you complaint to npci complaint forum,
i told to him "my money already lock Rs.23721.90, in obotap my wallet, you & your company also cheated me
they added some bonus point now total money my wallet : Rs.24907/-. but the website not working
what i do, i cannot send money or any operations.
but he said "do feedback resolved my problem" after few minutes we will be release your money.
I said " i am not trust you & your company, first release my money then i will feedback"
they were said " go to any authority, i do not bother"
Now what i do sir, this is cheating company
Not only me, all over tamilnadu they cheated
Please sir, help me and my surrounding few retailers affected
I am very poor person, please help me god will help you.
We need necessary action against them.

Mr.Karthick (channel sales manager - [protected]) talked to me on 06.03.2019, he said "sir, you will talk to my CEO Mr. Arun[protected] he will solve your problem" on the same day i talked to him Mr. Arun CEO said "i will solve this problem immediately" but i tried to talk to him by cellphone lot of times, no response, but obotap company send messages daily like special offers,
Load 10K get 150Rs. Cashback, Load 20K get 200 Cashback, Load 30K to get 750 cash back Show up 1.5 L load per day and get flat 5000 as special offer this is daily messages from OBOTAB. when we loaded the cash the web site goes corrupted what we do sir. So many people affected by this company loses his money.
Sir please consider our request. Take necessary Action please

But there is not response from the opposite side. OBOTAP not return my money
Today i spoke to Mr. ARUN, CEO ([protected]). he said that return your complaint from the NPCI COMPLAINT FORUM remove the complaint and photos and obotap will return your money. Then I said release my money
immediately and i will remove all complaints from the forum.
But ARUN not agree with this statement.
What to do next, help me npci team.

OBOTAP not return my money. all over India they cheated everyone. Any powerful person in Govt. to recommend to close the obotap company to RBI. Please protect remaining retailers of obotap soon.
However please ban the cheating obotap e-solutions pvt. ltd. in all india level.

Finally the problem spotted BY THANTHI TV NEWS many people complaint against them.
The realizes they cheated about 3000 crores all over INDIA. find them as soon as possible and recover the money. we are unable to file the cases in court and court expenses.

The mode of approach you did now via consumer complaint portal is not a fair one and mentioning the companies employ data with Photo will lead to take a legal action against the same on your end. So advised you to remove the same and with respect to the clarity on your query please do reach us directly via mail to [protected]@obotap.com or to reach by[protected] to speak with Support team .They will give you the clarity on those lagging concerns.
