[Resolved]  Ola Cab — Misbehavior by driver

I have booked ola at round 3:00 pm on[protected] and one call I have received from driver mr jung singh stated that I have reached at your navigating location which is inadvertently showing only round 200 meter away from my house, all of a sudden he angried at me and told me your pick location is not showing wrong and misbehaving with me over telephone. When I told him my original location, he came there and shouted at me and my wife without any reason. He told us that he is not a driver he is an owner of the vehicle and he also told us that you should come out from society for picking cab and many more. I am very disappointed with his behaviour and your service. I humbly request you to penalised him for his behaviour and compensat me for my insult. if you will not take any action in the matter, I have to knock the door of cconsumer forum.
