Dear Ola Cabs, As per trail mail and cancellation fee unjustified deduction, Pls find my following points for your submission:- It was unfair on your part to deduct Rs 50/- as cancellation fee because driver himself took decision to go . Nor he has given call to me. When I reached downstairs, he was missing. Being a regular Ola user, this unfair deduction is unjustified and need to be reimbursed back to me asap.
