Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Charged cancellation fee for no fault of mine | |||||
Today may 5th 2017 i booked an ola cab in kolkata. 5 mins after booking i called the driver to find his location. The location he stated was 5 mins away from my pick up point - however he refused to move from that point and rudely kept saying he is at pick up point, he refused to follow directions to reach actual pick up point and asked me to cancel the ride which i had to. To my shock i saw ola charged me rs 50 for cancellation!!! Which the driver forced. When i tried to reverse this on the ola app on my mobile the app refused action and kept saying email not verified!!! This is complete cheating and i refuse to shell out a penny for these thugs!! I want this resolved else i will have to take action even if it for rs 50 only. Was this information helpful? | |||||
