Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Cheap behavior from driver and worst service from ola support | |||||
On dec 2nd noon, i booked a cab and couldn't reach driver. But, i ended up paying 50rs as penalty and got the same in my wallet. Same day night, i took ola cab again (Osn[protected]. There was a heavy rain and i was in rush. Driver took this as advantage and demanded for 42rs (Bill amount) once the destination is arrived. I have paid him and went off. Then only i realized that, amount was already deducted from my ola wallet. Then why "driver demanded for that"? This is highly cheap activity from the driver. Give me my money back and take necessary action against driver, so that he will not do it with other customers. Also, he was smoking while driving and it was highly disturbing. I have already called the customer care and explained about this. But, no action was taken on this. I wrote an email to ola support several times and there were no reply from last one month. Attaching screenshot. Every time they are just sending auto response mail by suffixing previous compliant number. No further action will be taken. Also, i have applied my coupon code "cashless" for first time and i was told that, 100 rs will be cashback. But, no cashback was given. In short, worst service guaranteed.. From ola.
