Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Complaint about driver and customer care executive | |||
We have been using ola for a while abd have been satisfied customers till yesterday. We booked an ola cab from p10 departure terminal of chatrapati shivaji international airport on 5th december. We received the messages that i have attached with the form. The driver mr. Umesh first of all made us walk 10 minutes with luggage from one and if the terminal to another. Then he tells us that he has not received our booking but someone else's and so we should cancel our booking or else he will be charged. For around 15 minutes he was only forcing us to cancel and when we said no he called your customer care executive who then tells us that our booking is cancelled by us already when we did not send any cancellation messages and he kept insisting that it's our fault and that we should book again. But we said no and then the driver is again and again asking us to cancel the booking. Finally after one hour of fruitless arguments he left and we had to go book a prepaid taxi. We already come so tired from journey and if things like this happen how can we trust ola again. I do not know if it's your application fault or driver's but yesterday even your customer care executive have us a tough time by not providing an appropriate solution.
