Driver by name prasanna kumar was very rude and he was unprofessional with me and our family which was really unhappy and he himself was saying to cancel the ride and he cancelled it. Ola drivers should have location and map knowledge.Drivers are very rude and event dont know about location service.Very bad service of ola.you can book or prefer ola if you have enough time to travel and just be sitted and do time pass.driver even not aware about route.how pathetic.
