I am a OLA customer with a post paid CRDIT of Rs 10000.00I have been clearing all my rides within the time limit and use the OLA ridesextensively on travel outside MUMBAI.
On 26th June 2023, I scheduled OLA SUV fora drop to EGMORE from Green Meadows, Thiruvanmiyur CRN No [protected] at 4.45.There was no response till 4.45 am. I then scheduled a new ride and cancelledthe scheduled ride.
The new ride CRN [protected] was booked at 4.51 am andthe driver rang up to confirm the ride and asked for cash payment. He will nottake the ride if it is on line. Since we were running out of time, I agreedand, on his arrival, I have mentioned to the driver, I am an OLA post paidcustomer with credit line. The driver flatly refused to take the ride if it wasnot cash payment. He sited several cases of dispute between yourorganisation and the partners.
Since we were running late for the train, I had toagree for the cash payment. The travel took place with your OTP is the proof oftravel and I paid Rs 517 to the driver.
I took up immediately in the app for the reversal ofthe payment against the cash paid. Your app is repeating that the paymentcannot be reversed. I have taken up several times and, yesterday I spoke withthe Supervisor on the subject. After discussion, I am sending an official mailconfirming the complaint and payment of cash.
I request you to address this issue and reverse thedues in my account. This is the plight of most travels when we scheduleovernight for airport or train station. Please look into the issue and correct.
