Hello. This is third instance your driver behaved rudely and asked me that luggage is not allowed in sharing cars. He was having cng kit so asked me that luggage is not allowed. Is this the policy of old. And u r charging cancellation fee from customers. Same is the case with u r auto drivers. First they ask where the customer has to go. Then they decide. Is this the system. I how been wrongly charged cancellation fee. Despite reminders u people don't listen or look into the matter. Is this the way big companies work. Hope the situation will improve.
