I took ola on may 23rd, 12.34pm. Crn [protected].
I was charged on my debit card the amount of 259 inr during trip. Then when the ride completed, the driver said that he cannot see the amount paid in his app via debit card and demanded we have to pay cash.
I showed him ola message on app where clearly, ola asked to pay via debit card and when i paid the amount was deducted from my bank.
He said to take this matter with ola people and demanded we pay cash. We paid cash and got a receipt of cash payment via ola.
Now amount of rs 259inr is debited from my pnb account and also we paid cash of 259 inr too for the same trip.
When i tried to contact ola repeatedly, i got
No help. The app has no useful option to contact them, i tried writing to them and they just keep resolving my issue, when clearly my amount debited is not returned and the issue is not resolved.
They ask to provide bank statement but when i do they just resolve the issue without any return or any further talk. There is no contact number either where i can contact them.
I have all the proof of cash receipt and amount debited from my account. And also the option that ola provided during my ride to pay via debit card, which, led me to pay via the debit card option.
Their app is screwed up and it no where reflected my payment via debit card on the driver or customers app.
