I booked an OLA cab on OLA postpaid to travel between Bangalore city railway stn and Airporton 21 Dec 23 (CRN[protected]). However, the cab driver cancelled the trip.
On 27 Dec 23, I received the bill for the month and cleared the dues of Rs 59.
On 25 Jan 24, more than a month later OLA charged me Rs 50 for cancellation charges for this trip as an after thought. I raised the complaint but the company did not do anything to resolve it. They provided a coupon for Rs 50 which dint work. I used OLA on 31 Jan, 07 Feb and 11 Feb 24 after that.
I raised this issue using twitter and the OLA app.
I have cleared the dues for Jan 24 also with this Rs 50. I have not received a satisfactory reply for this.
