Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Incorrectly charged cancelation fee, driver charging more, billed fare more than the estimated fare

Ola has charged me cancelation fee of 150 each for 2 cancelations which were done by the driver.
The driver charged me 300 rs extra for no reason.
The billed amount is 500 rs more than the estimated fare.
I am in a loss of total 1100 rs for a billed fare of 2653 rs.
The support feature in the ola app isnt of any use. It always says that there is a technical issue
