[Resolved]  Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Money deducted but not received by ola driver

I paid Rs104 through online but driver didn't get it and my amount has been deducted from my account. Then I paid by cash.

I didn't get my refund till now.
There is no support available to resolve the issue.

Kindly, initiate the refund now.

Updated by dolly shakya Today (26 aug 2020) I paid through UPI but ola driver didn't get it and finally i also paid in cash of amount Rs104 .

There is no customer support service available on the app.

Please, refund my money to my account.

This is totally disappointing .
