Hi,
I recharge my account balance you can see was 2722.in the afternoon my ola account is gone. I cannot see my ride history my balance is gone.
Ola select membership which i bought also gone. Have reported the matter to ola customer service but nothing done yet. I want my money reimbursed back.
As i have discussed this is a backend issue with ola systems. Stop giving me same repetitive answers that you can see my balance as rs10. I want my money immediately back.
Its more than 20 days due to which i have inconvenience my ride history is gone. All my rides between october 2 to nov 8th 2017 (Since i need invoice to claim for reimbursement) have been tagged to some one else account. I am attaching all the rides which i took from october 3 to nov 8th. Please check in whose account the rides are now tagged. Send this to ola team also. Kindly resolve this matter.
Ride crm for your reference: crn[protected], crn[protected] crn[protected] crn[protected]. I am sending somecrn. Please investigate and resolve problem with my account. I request stop asking same repetitive question. Escalate this to hishest level. I dont want to same anwers from junior support staff member.
