Today afternoon i (Venkat - [protected]) went for a ride from virugambakkam to siruseri sipcot in ola cabs and initially estimated rate were shown as 443 only.
But when i reached siruseri ola cabs has charged me 675 (Ride fare 643.11 - coupon discount 50 + toll fee 40 + taxes 41.88) which is 232 rupees extra.
Would request you to check and refund the extra amount at the earliest

Updated by Venkatesan B Why there was much difference of rates between estimated fare(Rs.443) and actual fare(Rs.675).
I was given a complaint against the extra charges on sep 8 but till now there was no response from your side.
Can you please escalate this issue to higher level and let me know the status at the earliest.
