I subscribed to Ola Pass on 16.07.2018 (Details Attached) which entitles me to receive flat fares regardless of peak pricing for 20 rides within 8km.
I took a ride on 17.07.2018 - 9:30 am, CRN [protected] for a distance of 7.7km (as told to me by customer care because the ride distance was not included in the invoice), for which I should be charged Rs. 149 but was charged Rs. 194 instead. Customer care told me that the Pass was not included for this ride because of some technical reason.
I am a regular commuter and I have taken a ride on the same route the previous day (CRN [protected]) where the "Pass savings" was applied (Details Attached).
