I was in Banglore on 26th Sept 2016 and had booked Ola Rental 8/80 for a day from the airport (done by my son [protected]). Firstly taxi came quite late and then the driver refused to come to Dabaspet and from there to indian Institute of science. Ola supervisor at the Airport got another cab but it did not accept the Olarentals discount coupon and hence i lost almost 45 minutes. Finally Ola supervisor booked me a cab for a single ride to Dabaspet and told that I can get another ola cab from Dabaspet. I paid Rs. 1147 and reached Dabaspet at 11:37 am. i have taken a picture of the bill. I could not find any Ola from Dabaspet to go to Indian Institute of science and my whole day and program was scred up. The supervisor at airport mobile number is [protected].

It was a horrible experience with ola in banglore.
