When Ola electric scooter booking started we also booked Ola S1 Pro priced at 1.4lakh with rs499 in the hope to get a electric scooter. Delivery was promised between October 2021 . they've been postponing the dispatches due to some issues at their side and we've even accepted for that. We were waiting for more than 6 months when they've opened final payment window on 21-Jan-2022 I've done the payment and their estimated dispatch within 31-Jan-2022. and as per their data it's dispatched on 28th Jan and still it wasn't delivered yet. I've been following up from past 40 days and they're not responding properly and the support team wasn't aware of anything they're just hooking up some stories only.
This is bizzare, ridiculous and totally wrong of a company that has been misleading India consumers and promoting their brand falsely. Requesting your support as those who paid their full amount for an product which will get delivered in a week or so as promised by company itself and now they're just time-passing .
recently they've sent an email stating that my bike was delivered too but when i contact support team they're telling it's just a glitch only we will get your bike delivered sooner.
Please help!
