I am writing to express my displeasure with the recent payment reminder that I received from your company for a cab booking that I had made on 30th March, CRN [protected]. According to the message and call, it seems that the payment for the ride is still outstanding, but I would like to clarify that I have already paid the driver in full through Google Pay at the end of the journey. I also can provide screen shot of payment.
I am disappointed that despite making the payment, I am receiving repeated reminders from your company regarding the payment. This has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience, and I request that you investigate the matter to ensure that your records are updated accordingly.
I would appreciate it if you could please confirm that the payment has been received by the driver and that there is no outstanding amount. I also request that you refrain from sending any further reminders regarding this issue.
I have always been a regular customer of OLA and have never faced any such issue in the past. Therefore, I hope that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this matter as soon as possible and restore my faith in your services. This issue I already highlighted to your team thru mail and phone, but nothing happened.
