I purchased an OLA Cabs gift voucher worth Rs 500 on 25 Aug 2021 to be used on cab services from GYFTR site of HDFC smart buy .After 5 days of purchase, I realize that the voucher is unusable owing to stringent terms & condition. Hence, I wrote to OLA to cancel the voucher & refund the money as the guidelines written on point no 15 from GYFTR terms & condition "which says write back to [protected]@olacabs.com, if you have any issue with voucher".I registered a complain with OLA Support with (Ticket[protected] on 31 Aug 2021. After multiple follows on 24 Sep 2021, they asked me to reach out to HDFC GYFTR. When call HDFC GYFTR during Jan 2022 month they told me to go back to OLA. In all these ping pong the voucher got expired on 17 June 2022.This entire episode of lethargy used by OLA & HDFC is a like a harassment. Now, they both are not even responding to my emails.
