Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Showing pending payment status | |
Hello Sir, This is to inform that I on 09.08.2020, I have availed the service of Ola cab whose fare was 110 initially which I paid before the completion of ride via online mode, but later due to change of destination revised rate was 140. At that time my internet connection was poor so was unable to pay remaining amount by online mode. Driver asked for cash for Rs. 30, and I paid the same. But now, on my Ola portal it is showing the pending payment of Rs. 30. I have raised the issue to Ola support also but no reply except a ticket number has been given to me. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the same earliest. No doubt OLA is a big name in the milieu of gig economy but this sort of poor GRIEVance service was surely not expected from OLA.
