Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Taxi not turningup at agreed time- even no communication

Pl.refer to client reference: CRN[protected] scheduled for[protected]:00:00. This reference number was mailed to me as a commitment from OLA to depute a taxi at the given date and time. Neither the taxi appeared at designated time nor any communication from Ola came till today. As a result I had to miss our flight and suffer financial losses. Missed our commitment as well.
Ola must apolosise and compesate for my losses in whatsoever way it can
