Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Unprofessional conduct by driver | |||
I booked an OLA cab on 6th Dec, 2016 at 10.50p.m.bearing registration no. AS01GC9893(Alto), mobile no. [protected]. I got a call at 10.45 that my booking has been cancelled by the driver. I called him and he replied that he couldn’t contact me and so he cancel the booking, I asked him if he could come to pick me, he replied positively. But after waiting for 20mins he didn’t show up, I called him again but he didn’t pick up. I was stranded with my wife and family for about half an hour in a deserted road in the middle of the night.
