Dear sir
I have been a regular customer of ola and on monday 5 of the drivers refused to ply and later on when the cab arrived and on my boarding the trip got automatically cancelled. Moreover the application was blocked.
I had wasted almost an hour to get the ride.
The driver could not locate the gps and i had to take an auto to hub mall and then the trip gets cancelled.
Do you still want me to continue and recommend ola to others then please make up for the frustration caused. [protected]. Currently i have stopped using ola services
