Ola Cabs — Booked Taxi cancelled 15 mins Prior of alloted time. | |||
I had booked and OLA cab on 13.11.2015 from Borivali to Domestic Airport. I got a SMS from OLA that a they will send a Brown Ertiga with the drivers name and no. However, 15 mins prior to the travel time, i got another SMS stating that the booking is cancelled due to unavailability of vehicle. This is seriously annoying as i had to rush to neared Taxi stop to hire the kaali peeli taxi. Hence, this complaint against OLA Was this information helpful? | |||

Mine was very pathetic. They cancelled the cab when the driver is with me. When spoke to the driver call centre executive one of the executive says I have cancelled and I was about to miss my flight. However the driver was nice and he accepted that. But they fired him because he helped a customer.
