Booked a cab with Ola mobile application on 22nd Feb, 2015. At 4:30 A.M for 23rd Feb, 2015. At the time of booking it showed that booking conformed. But the cab didn't come. I called the customer care and they said the cab allotment was not done. It was a mistake.
This mistake of yours would have caused me my flight. I could have missed my flight. I took Uber. They are much reliable then you.
