I had missed my flight on 30th April because my cab haven't arrived. I had booked City Taxi Mini CRN79072780 from my home to the airport.I contacted the driver and he kept on saying that I am coming in 2 mins. In-fact he was lying and he was not on the road as well as I was unable to hear any noise. He told us that there is a strike in Pune so he will drop us 1 km away from the airport, we agreed to this as well. But he did not come. This is not expected from a cab service company. I have suffered a huge loss due to this as I was travelling with my family. And I had to take next day flight costing 50k. And at the end, my cab was cancelled as well. Please note that it was not done by me. This was a very bad experience and not expected from Ola. Ola should be responsible enough that people don't miss their flight/travel due to their poor service. Or at-least the driver should be honest enough that people can look for other alternatives. If he had told me within the time frame then I could have boarded my flight on time. Was this information helpful? |
