Ola Cabs — Complaint against Ola Cab service | |||
This is a complaint against Ola Cabs Service.My father had a flight on March 29th 2015, at 7:10a.m. The reporting time to BIAL was at 5 a.m. Hence I had called the "Ola Customer care" on March 28th 2015, morning, and booked the cab at 4 a.m, the next day morning (i.e at 4 a.m for March 29th 2015).The Customer Care Executive confirmed the booking for 4 a.m on March 29th 2015. I waited till night for the message having the drivers details, but I still DID NOT get it.Then again I called the Ola Customer Care saying that I did not get the drivers details. They immediately gave the drivers details, saying that the driver will come tomorrow at 4 a.m. Just after I spoke to Ola Customer Care, I got two miss-calls, from the designated driver, that they immediately gave. The driver thought he had to come in 10 min. I told him that I had already spoken to Customer care and he had to come tomorrow. Then the driver said that I had given a wrong information to the customer care, whereas actually the customer care had given wrong information to driver that he had to come now, instead of tomorrow. Again I called customer care. They again said that I will get the updated driver details by March 29th 3:15 a.m. I waited till 3:30 a.m Still I did not get the driver details. AGAIN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE. They said that there was some problem with message sending (which I dont believe) and I immediately got the driver details, for 4:00 a.m pickup. When i called the new driver and inspite of calling him multipletimes he was not responding. Then AGAIN I called the customer care at 3:55 a.m . Then at that time they are AGAIN saying that they will arrange another cab at 4:15 a.m. I was following up with them since yesterday and finally i am getting the answer at 4:00 a.m then they will book another cab at 4:15 a.m. I had lost confidence in them by then. Then I got Completely IRATE with them over the phone. Then they finally asked me to book another cab, at that time.My dad had to report to airport at 5 a.m and we are 30 kms far from airport. I did not know what to do, since I had a lot of trust on Ola cab service.WHAT A LOUSY AND DISSAPOINTING SERVICE . THEY ARE JUST PLAYING AROUND WITH THE CUSTOMERS. Was this information helpful? | |||
