Ola Cabs Delhi — Behaviour | |||
Today I had a very sad experience with ola cabs Delhi. I booked a ride at 12:05 pm from ola app...driver called me and asked me the location and I guided him the same. I was standing on the road for around 20 min and after waiting for so long on the road I suddenly got a message that my ride has been cancelled...i missed a very imp meeting and had a very huge financial loss because of it...when I called the customer care they were of no help at all...driver's name was mohd hanif and cab no.DL 1 YE 1150 ; booking id was CRN[protected]. This was a really sad experience and I will never use ola services again and will make sure that no one known to me will use their services. Was this information helpful? | |||
