Ola Cabs — Different Fair for same distance | |||
I was travelled two different days ( 31Jan 2015 and 03 Feb2015 ) for Ola Mini Cab. The root and the distance are same. But I paid different amount for those trips. When I seen the Invoice, I had shocked to notice that the wait time charge of Rs 70.00 and Peak time charge of Rs 50.00. What it mean? Those are not informed me before booking a cab. When I am inside of the cab How wait time is eligible /counted. Suppose the cab on the traffic then the wait time is started means I am not to prefer Ola cabs on peak time - right??. Because in Chennai normal time it self more traffic due to metro train work going in more places. For Peak time the customer will unnecessarily pay one more charges of peak time charge with your waiting charge. While we try to book a cab so many add will come to raise our phone bill. Why don't you SMS for those conditions before book the cab?? I am very much afraid of your fair statement. | Was this information helpful? | |||
