Ola Cabs — Difficult booking over the phone | |||
Its been observed that when ever i call the call center to book a cab, i just get a standard response stating that they are unable to book as the systems are updating. And this is the standard response i have got for calls made at any hour of the time. The ola cabs call center executives needs better training in terms of customer service. This is just so annoying cause if you dont have a mobile app you cant do bookings at all if you wanna travel. Hope to hear a favourable response from the team as i need to vent out few more grivences. Was this information helpful? | |||
