Ola Cabs — Driver denying duty and misbehaving with customer | |||||
Yesterday (30.06.2016) at 8:10 pm i had booked an ola cab in dhakuria, kolkata, booking id crn[protected]. the vehicle was white excent, no. - wb04g3882, driver name sikander, phone no. - [protected]. first of all he arrived 15 min late when it was showing only 7 min away. next upon arrival upon giving him the destination he denied to go. we tried convincing him. he started and then took the car in a deserted street and asked us to get down from the car. he used filthy language and when my brother had asked to call customer care he threatened my brother and mother and said he would call other guys to this place. at that time we were unable to contact ola support and asked him to cancel the ride and left the place. he never cancelled the ride which i had to do after half an hour. This is a major issue. we would request ola to take action against this driver for such an unruly behavior which would harm a customer's safety. Mahua chakrabartty [protected] E-mail id : mahua.
