[Resolved] Ola Cabs — Driver related issue | |||||
Today at 4 am i booked an ola cab preferably. First of all he (Rahul mob. [protected] with white dzire tour wb19h1506) didn't respond to my phone call and later he started giving excuses and when i told him that i want to go kolkata station he told me that ola cabs are not allowed to go there, still i asked him to come and let us go up to the allowed range. It was an urgent ride for me. Now this person keep on telling me i am coming, am coming... And he ended up cancel my ride on his own. I was lucky that i got assistance from auto generated calls provided by ola because by that time i was out of my wifi range, so no connectivity. I am requesting ola to take a strict action against such employees. I don't know how his rating touched the bar of 4.7 or something. Let me tell you why... At the end of the ride they ask for 5 stars to every customer no matter how they served us. And am telling you people prefer uber over ola. If such incident will keep on happening then rest o[censored]s will also follow uber. Apart from this i have noticed that ola charges are bit higher then uber, i don't know why. Aug 21, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved no help from consumer complaints instead of helping me they are disturbing me by calling again and again and asking about the problem which is already written over site. this site is also of no use. just a time waste. | |||||
