Ola Cabs — Driver unethical behaviour | |||||
My name is farin chaudhary. I took a ride in gurgaon. Before booking had already informed the driver that will pay through ola wallet. Driver said okay and picked me up. While dropping me at home he asked for cash, when i said will pay through ola wallet driver got angry and started abusing and threatening me. Said if you don't pay cash i will come to your home in night with my car owner and abused me on road for almost 1 hour. Driver didn't listen to ola driver helpline guy as well. Later when he was forced to leave by ola customer agent he started calling me again and again and started telling me that i will come in night and take the money. The ride which i took was on 23rd may 2016. Car number: hr-55-v-4286 swift dzire. I am going to make an official police complaint about the driver and on ola for ill-treating a passenger on road in the night. Please get back to me on [protected]. The booking was made from my number [protected]. The total amount for the ride was rs.315. Please take immediate action against the driver or else will make an official police complaint.
