Ola Cabs — Misbehaviour of ola cab driver | |||
Hello, We have booked a ola cab on 8th may'16 & received a confirmation vide crn [protected] / "say ola to your driver srinivasa t ([protected]). Xcent ka52a1814 to pick you up @ 08:45 pm, 08th may". The cab arrived on time and when 4 ladies boarded along with a kid of 7 years old for the destination (Shanti nagar bus station), the driver misbehaved and stated that, he can not accept the kid. When we tried to explain the driver that, the kid belongs to one of 4 ladies, he was very rude and merciless and he cancelled our booking and asked the ladies to disembark. Though, immediately we had another cab allotted, but the unruly behavior of the driver mr. Srinivasa has put all the passengers into deep mental agony as they were to catch the bus at 10 pm. However, with the 2nd cab arrival, they could not catch the bus. This kind of behavior by the ola cab driver is totally uncalled for at the odd hours and need a stringent action Request initiate necessary action and the same may be communicated back to us.
