Ola Cabs — Miss management of the call center and arrogant behavior of the driver | |||||
Arrogant and atrocious behaviour of driver rajesh of car no_ ka-09c-2012 and miss management of the customer care center of ola cabs by sending us forcibly the vehicle which we do not demand on 29th july 2016 at 13:30 hrs. When we have put a demand for a ola mini why is a ola sedan sent to us. The driver refuses to switch on the ac, takes a long route to increase the mileage. The amount which costs us rs110 maximum from easy day jaylakshmipuram mysore to jp nagar mysore has costed us rs 167. It is utter exploitation and wastage of our precious time This attitude of the staff enrolled by you needs urgent attention and we want the excess amount to be reimbursed to us at the earliest and apologies by the concerned. Yes it is 100% true.
Even thought I already knew OLA is the worst cab service, I still thought of giving it a try to give a chance. last time they charged my Rs.1000/= for just 25kms.
This time I booked a cab and was skeptic whether I would be charged extra so checked my message and with driver and didn't got ny extra charge. The driver arrogantly said I need to call the service and check if it is correct because he may ask extra charge at destination if the charges are applicable at the end. It sounded ridiculous.
So we started to call the help line and meanwhile we were sitting in the cab. Before we could speak to the help line the cab driver asked us to get down the cab and he said he will cancel the booking and we have to check with helpline. This is how the cab service recruits the drivers or gives business to illiterate, selfish and arrogant drivers.
we had to get down the cab and it was very urgent for us to reach the destination. I spoke to call center manager. He was very cool and doesn't even care what customer is facing and doesn't seem to react for miss behavior of the driver. He simply says that maximum he would terminate the driver from cab service.
What an waste because I was expecting remedy from the service for the emergency I was facing. He offered me that he will book another good cab in same request, I didn't want to take it but due to emergency I thought I would agree, after some time he came back and said the order is canceled and I have to re-book it.
I would want to give ratting in minus.
